The operator of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

This privacy policy explains what information is being collected and what it is used it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

Should you send me questions via the contact form or via e-mail, I will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. I do not share this information without your permission.

Your ip-address will be recorded but by deleting the last 8 bit pseudonymised. This way only a rough localisation is possible.

Data handling is based on legal requirements by § 96 par. 3 TKG (telecommunication law) as well as art. 6 par. 1 lit a (consent) and/or (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

The goal of collecting data, in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest), is to make improvements to the webpage. Protection of your personal data is very serious for me, so user data is pseudonymised.

User data are not longer stored than 24 month.

Many data processing operations are only possible with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

Right to file complaints with regulatory authorities

Information, blocking, deletion

As permitted by law, you have the right to be provided at any time with information free of charge about any of your personal data that is stored as well as its origin, the recipient and the purpose for which it has been processed. You also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. You can contact us at any time using the address given in our legal notice if you have further questions on the topic of personal data.
